We are Work System – and we make a difference in the everyday life of professionals.

Since 2009, we have created smart, crash-tested, and modular vehicle interiors that bring order and structure to service vehicles across Europe. Our driving force is simple: to make work life safer, smoother, and more efficient. We combine innovation, quality, and care with a strong team spirit where we support each other and our customers. Together, we build solutions that save time, money, and the environment – making every workday safer for our customers.

We are now looking for a machine operator who wants to be an important part of our production chain and fantastic team!

Your role as a machine operator

As a Machine Operator, you have a key role in our production. The machine you are responsible for is fully automated and includes a processing unit and a cutting station. You will also work with and be responsible for two ABB robots. The machines are designed to manufacture some of the most central products in our production, and it is your responsibility to ensure that the products are manufactured according to demand and are available for your colleagues to use.

During your workday, you will follow an order list in our business system and plan the production accordingly to streamline the work. Some of the products you manufacture include side profiles, fronts, handles, roof arches, and anchoring rails. These products are used daily in the production of vehicle interiors, which requires us to have good foresight to avoid running out of stock on any of the products.

You are also responsible for:

  • Regular maintenance of the machines.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Repairs when necessary.
  • Loading and unloading of materials.

The machines are centrally located in our premises, which means you are close to your colleagues. To create the best possible conditions for each other, the position requires close collaboration and daily communication.

We believe in teamwork, quality, and pride in craftsmanship. Here, you work alongside engaged colleagues in an environment where job satisfaction and development go hand in hand. You will receive a thorough introduction and continuous professional development through WS Academy.

We believe that you…

…are practical, meticulous, and have a genuine interest in technology and production flows. In this role, you will become an important part of our production chain and ensure that machines and processes operate efficiently and with high quality.

You thrive in a job where you can work hands-on, think solution-oriented, and see clear results from what you do. Structure and order are a natural part of your working method, and you are quality-conscious in every moment.

You are a team player who contributes to good collaboration but also feel comfortable taking responsibility in an independent role. Working in an entrepreneurial environment with short decision-making paths and a fast pace motivates you.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have experience as a machine operator or a similar technical role. You are accustomed to working with production machines and feel confident performing basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments.

We also see that you:

  • Have previous experience as a machine operator or in production.
  • Have a technical interest and enjoy understanding how machines work.
  • Communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written (a requirement for the position).
  • Hold a forklift license A+B, as loading and unloading of materials is part of the job.

What do you get with us?

At Work System, you get more than just a job - you become part of a fantastic community where everyone is passionate about making a difference. With us, you will receive:

  • The opportunity to grow through our in-house developed training program WS Academy.

  • Wellness grants, wellness time, and fun team activities such as AWs, Christmas parties, and events.
